Termination

We may terminate your membership or suspend your access to MarTechMunch services without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our interests or any third party. We are not liable for removing your content or suspending your access. You may discontinue your participation at any time. We reserve the right to investigate your use of the services.

Upon termination, we have no obligation to retain, store, or provide you with any data except as required by law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modification To Terms

MarTechMunch reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole and absolute discretion. Notifications of changes will be communicated through MarTechMunch’s Services or via email to the address provided during account registration. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse is to stop using MarTechMunch’s Services. Continued use of the Services after notice of changes indicates acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the modified terms.”
